Eclub
Eclub is a support initiative FranklinWaugh launched for the benefit of the small business community.
It acts as an incubator for entrepreneurship - both pre-startup and existing business. This allows you the time and space to feel certain and comfortable with Eclub and its initiatives before investing in your personal and businesses growth.

EBEN
EBEN is a higher-level extension of Eclub. EBEN (Entrepreneurial Business Exchange Network) is a separate
legal entity to FranklinWaugh Ltd and is registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC) –
Community Interest Companies (CICS) are limited companies, with special additional features, created for
the use of people who want to conduct a business or other activity for community benefit, and not purely
for private advantage. Registration of a company as a CIC has to be approved by the Regulator who also
has a continuing monitoring and enforcement role.

Who is involved in the EBEN and who is it suited to?
Proactive business people who value building relationships and are willing to invest money, time and
effort into growing their business in a well planned, structured and principle centred way. The EBEN
consists of individuals who want to connect with like minded entrepreneurs, supporting one another
to follow through to maximise their business potential. FranklinWaugh, as a catalyst along with other
proactive organisations, are committed to not only attracting those organisations, but ensuring the
EBEN is an effective community.  It is imperative that the associated members are involved and
committed to supporting the growth of their fellow members, as well as the growth and development
of the EBEN. The core and strength of the EBEN lies within its membership.

What involvement and commitment is required from EBEN?
Essentially the EBEN operates on the principle of the law of the farm, you reap what you sow. It stands to
reason that your opportunities for increased revenue through increased business that are directly associated
with the EBEN are directly proportional to the time and effort you invest.  As an estimate a minimum
investment of 1-2 hours per week will be required for you to grow and maintain your nucleus. It has been
proven that the time you free up for yourself and your business by being able to call on a committed nucleus
will far outweigh the time invested up front (Principle: Putting first things first)
