The whole objective of marketing is to attract our customers, to build a good relationship with them, and to keep them for life.  Marketing isn’t only about finding the customer, it has to do with the entire customer experience and at the core of marketing is customer relationships, just as at the core of HR are people, just  as at the core of Finance are the creditors and shareholders.
