Resource Acquisition and Management Program (RAMP)

The Challenge
One of the major challenges small business owners constantly experience is that of resourcing, i.e. what they need, why, when they need it, how much of it and how they will go about acquiring it. Whether it is finance, operational/logistical or sales and marketing related, small business people are up against enormous odds when it comes to sourcing these resources.

How does FranklinWaugh address the challenge?

The Resource Acquisition Management Program (RAMP) assists the SME to acquire the necessary resources (finance, credibility, relationships, expertise, materials, trust, partnerships, people, opportunities etc.) that are so necessary for growth and survival.

How?

Phase 1 : Analyse what these requirements are, why they are needed and by when.

Phase 2 : Looks at where the resources are going to come from, who is involved and how you are actually
going to get them.

Phase 3 : The implementation phase carries out the plan and the business is supported in the
successful acquisition and management of resources.
