Warren Vaughan, Special Projects Director
Warren has been involved in the development of FranklinWaugh since 2004. During this time he has been actively involved in Personal and Entrepreneurial Development Initiatives and has been extensively mentored through a senior executive mentorship program. Prior to being involved in FranklinWaugh, Warren specialised in the FMCG industry sector, covering on trade & off trade and in particular dealing directly with multiples on behalf of industry principles. Warren enjoys playing sports and he particularly enjoys learning more about team members and competitor character through this medium.

Shaun Cooper, Business Development Director
Born and educated in South Africa, Shaun qualified with a commerce degree in information systems and economics, which he applied in Investment Banking in London prior to founding FranklinWaugh. Shaun is an avid sportsman and loves anything to do with fitness and outdoor activity. Chris Prior, Operations Director
Chris has been with the FranklinWaugh team for the past 4 years. Chris loves people and helping them create more life from their businesses. Chris gained his professional experience in the corporate sector in operational IT and accounting roles before committing to building a business that adds massive value to the businesses and lives of the people it serves, as well as to him and his family.

Chris Nash, HR Director
Chris is a founding Director of FranklinWaugh and the Entrepreneurial Business Exchange Network. He has a fundamental appreciation for people and what they can achieve, which is often way beyond what their current position or behaviour may demonstrate. Chris holds a postgraduate Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town and he previously worked as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for an international stock brokerage and consultancy firm. Over the last 4 years Chris has been on an intensive personal, entrepreneurial and business development mentorship program. It has shown him that there is no substitute for experiential learning and that authenticity, growth and fulfilment come through teaching and supporting others in the context of true community.

Tess Ince, International Business Development Manager
Tess joined the FranklinWaugh team in January 2008. She comes from a travel and tourism background, with an Msc (dis.) gained from Oxford Brookes, and specialises in customer satisfaction management, and service quality. She is passionate about fulfilling potential, and striving for excellence. Tess is fluent in French, English and Swahili, and also speaks passable Spanish and German. The importance she places on relationships and personal development led to a burgeoning interest in entrepreneurship. Tess is a qualified scuba diving instructor, and enjoys diving whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Adam Wallis, Associate Partner
Adam is the latest addition to the FranklinWaugh Associates team and has a passion for entrepreneurship, personal development and helping others grow. Adam comes from an aerospace engineering background, is a qualified pilot and enjoys adventure sports.

Jai Singh, Associate Partner
Jai joined the team at the beginning of 2009. He has a background in property, running real estate and mortgage businesses. He started his first venture at university in Nottingham while reading Business Information Systems. Like most people he has had more failures than successes and believes the only way to succeed is to truly learn from your mistakes. Jai is passionate about developing himself and continuously learning, "business is all about people, and the trust filled relationships that you can build. That is one of the fundamental lessons I have learned on my journey."
